I had the opportunity to assist Orange to enhance support mobile app in Ivory Coast. We conducted workshop and user research to lead Abidjanese clients pain points. Several issues were covered as banking and money transfer, sim swap, account management, internet access.
USER RESEARCH AND MVP
Following some collaborative sessions and initial user interviews we started user research stage focused on identifying and understanding needs. My key role was to organize and host design thinking workshops and user test sessions. We set up then user centric design process to developed mobile prototype. A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was designed and continuously improved.



USER FEEDBACK
Client feedback were also collected on every prototyping steps to design an efficient and suitable solution adapted to Orange clients needs and Ivory Coast economic and social environment.
